Take your first serve first up in the morning; second serve around 3-4pm if you can.

ORDER TRACKING

Log into your back office. On the side menu, choose ORDERS.
Go to ORDER HISTORY and copy the tracking number.
Paste tracking number into the INTERNATIONAL ORDER TRACKING tab.
You can follow your parcel’s arrival from there. Delivery is taking 2-3 weeks currently.
If the parcel looks like it is headed in the wrong direction (Aramax are not the best at geography sadly!!), contact customer support and request them to follow up. MPG are working on opening an Australian warehouse.

IMPORTANT: AUTOSHIP

The system does NOT create an autoship from your first order. To ensure you have supplies (given delivery takes 2-3 weeks to Australia currently), please log into your back office and click on the Manage Autoship tab (down the page a bit.)

Add your preferred autoship quantity. Make sure you change the date to when you want it shipped.

You can cancel at any time - at least 24 hours before your next shipment is due to be processed.

Note that if you are business building, you can use your ewallet for payment, saving on bank and currency conversion fees.

You need a minimum of 50PV through your personal account each month if you are business building.

REFERRALS

You will find your referral link when you log into your back office. Down the bottom of the front page. It should look like this:

But with your Username instead of mine :)

PLACEMENT & HOLDING TANK

You are paid for referrals and this video explains how to place people in your family tree. Please note it is different to other systems - make sure you are placing correctly!
* Unless I let you know otherwise, you are on my left leg (ie this is your team leg) and so you will build your right leg as priority (ie your personal leg) - as ongoing commissions are paid on the weakest leg.
* If I (Lisa) am not your direct upline you need to check which leg you are in with your direct upline.
You have up to 48 hours to place your people, otherwise they will automatically be signed up to your weakest leg.

Of course, there is no pressure to build the business if you don’t desire to.

If you desire assistance in placing your team, please contact your direct upline asap. You can find their contact details in your back office.
To rank you will need to have at least 2-3 clients on each side, ensuring you have direct active orders each month.
