Stress often begins in the mind and we will be using frequencies as a pattern interrupt, so that old habits can't wind their way into stress loops nearly as easily.

Over our 4 weeks together, we will attend to:

Week 1 :: DECREASING STRESS… having support makes a big difference to how stress affects you. This week we begin the process of decreasing stress in our system.

Week 2 :: AURA & ENERGY BODY SUPPORT… having energetic support leaves us less susceptible to intrusions of any kind. This week we focus on strengthening the chakras, meridians and aura.

Week 3 :: ADRENAL SUPPORT… adrenal fatigue is connected to many other body systems. With extra support, the body can make changes and heal itself with more ease.

Week 4 :: BECOMING CALM & CLEAR… activating simple tools for calming yourself and finding clarity in the moment stress begins helps to shorten the intensity and the length of time you feel stressed for. Even big life stresses can be managed in this way.
